  On Oct 2024, secure your condo unit by paying the ₱30,000 reservation fee via our online facilities. Once reserved, the total contract price of the property is locked and will not be subject to price increases due to property appreciation.

  3. PAY THE 15% DOWNPAYMENT IN 48 MONTHS
  From the Nov 2024 to Oct 2028, pay the monthly downpayment of ₱18,097. You can also settle the full downpayment in cash and get big discounts. Please note that the reservation fee is credited to the downpayment.

  4. SETTLE THE 85% BALANCE
  On Nov 2028, settle the remaining amount of ₱5,092,350 in cash or via bank financing. Filipino citizens can get loans from our host of accredited banks while foreign investors can avail of our interim payment option.
